CrazyBikinis.com collects the information a visitor submits through the acquisition inquiry form: name, company, business email, optional company URL, buyer type, budget range, closing timeline, intended use, optional buyer context, referral and campaign parameters, landing page, referrer, consent timestamp, and a one-way network-derived rate-limit token.
How information is used
- Review and respond to acquisition inquiries.
- Record diligence and transaction communications.
- Prevent spam, duplicate submissions, abuse, and fraud.
- Protect legal rights and maintain required business records.
Storage and service providers
Inquiry records are stored privately in WordPress on WP Engine infrastructure and may be delivered to an authorized business mailbox. Hosting, security, DNS, email, and escrow providers may process limited information necessary to provide their services.
Cookies and tracking
The public site is designed without advertising or behavioral-tracking pixels. WordPress, hosting, caching, security, and form-protection systems may use essential cookies or request data required to operate and protect the site. This notice must be updated before nonessential analytics, advertising, affiliate tracking, chat, ecommerce, newsletters, or user accounts are enabled.
Retention and choices
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for inquiry review, security, transaction records, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. Requests for access, correction, or deletion can be made through the contact page and may require identity verification or be limited by lawful retention duties.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, government IDs, payment data, bank statements, medical information, or other sensitive documents through the inquiry form.
